  91.       EZ-Index for Canadian Geographic is a reference index of the articles
  92.       published in the Canadian Geographic Magazine.  Version 1.90 is
  93.       available for distribution through shareware and covers the period
  94.       1990 to April, 1995.

  97.       Example: canoeing, flying, Alberta, etc.  If an article was about
  98.       aquaculture in the Bay of Fundy around Grand Manan Island, the
  99.       keyword  "New Brunswick"  would be added to indicate the geographical

  104.       the environment. You could conduct a search the of index using
  105.       the word "environment."  Once you've located the articles on the
  106.       environment you will know which issue of the magazines to retrieve.

  108.       articles.

  111.       or additional insight into the West Coast lifestyle, initiate a

  142.      and may begin offering the EZ-INDEX program immediately, subject to the
  143.      guidelines below.

  147.      If you want to distribute the EZ-Index programs commercially we state:

  149.      1) If the date on this file is over 12 months old you contact
  150.     E-Z Access Software Ltd. for the latest version
  151.  
  152.      2) All the files listed in PACKING.LST for the EZ-Index program
  153.     must be distributed in a "complete" and unmodified package.  If
  154.     any of the files listed in the PACKING.LST file is absent, then
  155.     distribution is forbidden.  Contact us for a complete package.

  157.      3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion without written
  158.     permission.  This includes ASP approved and non ASP vendors!

  160.      4) The EZ-Index CANNOT be distributed or sold via "retail rack"
  161.     without written permission.  No vendor is excluded!

  163.      5) Distributors who charge a fee for copying and distributing the
  164.     program MUST acknowledge that the fee does not cover the cost of
  165.     REGISTERING the program.

  167.      6) The EZ-Index program cannot be BUNDLED with some other software
  168.     package without written permission from E-Z Access Software Ltd.
  169.     ASP approved Vendors are exempt if ASP guidelines are followed.
  170.     This does not include exemption from item 3 and 4 above.

  172.      7) Distributors who acknowledge and support the shareware principle,
  173.     that all shareware, if "used" by individuals or companies MUST be
  174.     registered can distribute the program.  This statement DOES NOT
  175.     relieve non-ASP distributor from the criteria set out above.

  178.     distributing our programs if we feel they haven't adhere to the
